Middleware

MiddlewareMiddleware is a generic term for software that serves to piece together disparate – and complex –  systems together in order to make them function seamlessly. Often, Middleware is used to provide an enabling layer/integration needed to connect different systems of engagement (applications) and existing or legacy systems. For example, Middleware can be used to integrate an operating system with new applications such as mobile or Web services on different servers in order to simplify the development or implementation of enterprise applications. Another example is implementing an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) to simplify the interoperability of applications, software, systems, and services that are able to exchange data in a service-oriented architecture (SOA) to run transformational business functions seamlessly.

USi has been working with Middleware providers such as IBM for a long time. Our engineers have been enabling business applications using Middleware without having to custom develop or redeploy legacy systems that can be very costly and time consuming. Our breadth of experience ensures that we can deliver solutions that can be flexible and cost-effective. We have deployed systems such as IBM’s WebSphere® solution, IBM’s Integration Bus and Oracle’s Fusion Middleware to collaborate with you to innovate customized methods to simplify the integration of your applications and systems. To date, we have consistently achieved results that are outstanding and delivered solutions to our customers on target, often exceeding our contractual commitments and service level agreements. We invite you to engage with us and experience our demonstrated commitment, loyalty and flexibility even under difficult and complex scenarios.

Enterprise IT Management

Enterprise IT ManagementEnterprise IT Management (EITM) helps organizations systematically craft a well-defined IT management strategy. The main aim of EITM is to focus the effort of enterprises to support IT activities in order to provide value to the business. Enterprise IT managers can benefit from a Unified Service Model by integrating technologies into their business operations that offer comprehensive schematics of IT services that the business uses. Besides providing tracking and designing business services in IT, EITM also provides governance and security management capabilities. These strategies will help the organization to obtain a clearer picture of which IT services should be pursued and how they should be supported and managed.

In today’s very complex and sophisticated business environment, the vast majority of IT budget is allocated to operational overheads, in large part because IT is organized along technical functions. A properly developed EITM strategy proposes a set of capabilities that enable IT to better govern, manage and secure the services delivered to the business by focusing to eliminate waste. This way, USi believes that the application of EITM tools and strategies will support CIOs and CTOs in driving IT from being cost centers to playing a central role in delivering business value.

USi works with established partners such as Hewlett Packard Enterprises (HPE) to bring world-class EITM solutions to our customers. Whether your needs are in IT Operations Management (ITOM), Application Delivery Management (ADM), Infrastructure Management or Network Management, we will help to guide you orchestrate, automate and transform your business.
